Heather brings dedication and a fresh perspective to NexAid’s instruction team. As a volunteer firefighter with Genesee Fire Department and current EMT student, she combines practical emergency response experience with a passion for teaching life-saving skills.

Heather specializes in creating engaging learning environments that help students feel confident and comfortable while learning critical emergency response techniques. Her patient and encouraging teaching style makes complex topics accessible to learners of all backgrounds and experience levels.

Currently pursuing her EMT certification while serving as a volunteer firefighter, Heather understands firsthand the importance of proper training and technique in emergency situations. Her ongoing education keeps her at the forefront of current emergency medical practices.
