We believe everyone should have the opportunity to learn how to save a life
— regardless of their financial situation.
Our Financial Assistance Program makes it possible for individuals and families to take part in our AHA Heartsaver CPR/AED/First Aid with Stop the Bleed classes, even if cost is a barrier.
Program Intent & Goals
The goal of this program is simple: to remove financial barriers so more people in our community can gain the confidence and skills to respond in an emergency.

Critical lifesaving training for individuals, families, and volunteers

Participants share skills in homes, workplaces, and neighborhoods
Build Community
Create a more prepared, resilient, and connected community
Class Structure: Each class typically includes 10 participant seats, with 1–2 reserved for those receiving financial assistance.
Who Should Apply
This program is open to anyone who wants to learn CPR, First Aid, and bleeding control skills but may not have the means to pay the full class cost.
You might apply if:
- • You're a caregiver, teacher, coach, or community volunteer
- • You want to be better prepared to respond to emergencies involving family or friends
- • You're involved in a local organization, workplace, or volunteer role where these skills could save a life
- • You simply want to gain confidence and readiness in emergencies
Assistance Levels
Support is offered on an honor system, with several levels of assistance available:
Level | Discount | Description |

25% | Partial support | For those who can cover most of the cost |
50% | Shared support | For those who can cover half |
75% | Major support | For those who need substantial help |
100% | Full scholarship | For those who cannot otherwise attend |
