About Austin Cole
Austin serves as NexAid’s Lead Instructor and brings real-world emergency response experience to every training session. As a volunteer EMT and firefighter with Genesee Fire Department, he has hands-on experience in the life-saving techniques he teaches.
Having trained over 100 students in various first aid and CPR programs, Austin understands how to make complex emergency procedures accessible and memorable. His dual role as both instructor and active first responder gives him unique insights into what students need to know to be effective in real emergencies.
Austin holds multiple instructor certifications across the American Heart Association, Red Cross, and specialized programs like Stop the Bleed. His commitment to excellence ensures that all NexAid training programs meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness.
When not teaching or responding to emergency calls, Austin continues his professional development by staying current with the latest medical research and emergency response protocols, ensuring that NexAid’s training reflects the most up-to-date best practices in the field.
